Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily camp operations, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for workers.
2. Coordinate to ensure adequate workforce availability.
4. Maintain discipline and order within the camp.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
6. Handle worker grievances and provide support.
7. Manage inventory and supplies for camp operations.
8. Coordinate with HR and Operation team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

1. Experience in camp management or labour coordination.
2. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Knowledge of safety regulations and labour laws.

Work Environment:

1. Construction sites, labour camps, or industrial settings.
2. Various locations, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 3–5 years in a similar role (camp management or labour coordination)
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction, or remote site operations.
- Language: Hindi, Punjabi, English
