Job Description

Requirements & Skills:

Minimum 5 years of Sales experience in Manpower/Labor Supply industry.
Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive.
Must be available locally with valid UAE Driving License.
High-level communication and networking skills with passion for sales.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure.
Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
Good project management skills.
Responsibilities:

Negotiate/close sales orders and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospective and share with internal teams.
Managing sales functions for improving market share of services.
Keep records of sales, quotations, contracts, revenue, invoices etc.
Ensure closing of monthly sales within the period of payment terms.
Defining and implementing strategies for market penetration by identifying and influencing prospective clients.
Ensuring maximum exposure for services through field/ site visits.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and Client satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new markets and Client needs.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Endorse the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing Clients.
